Open Kitchen Social Club is a nomadic community cafe operating across venues in Sheffield city centre, a twice-weekly hot meal for anyone in food, social or economic poverty, and a field exercise in practicing togetherness. The work of the project is focused on working with and for people seeking sanctuary, refugees and economic migrants. I co-founded the project and worked there for ten years.
