A collaboration with homeless filmmakers
2008 - 2011

Film For Thought was an experiment in making film collectively that ran from 2008 - 2011. It was a collaboration with users of HLG, a small charity in Nottingham supporting people affected by homelessness and related issues.

The project formed part of an ongoing experiment whereby decisions over content and direction of activities was handed over entirely to 'the group'. Film For Thought made 3 films:

Into The Drink (2009)
SD video, 21 mins

About the personal and social effects of alcohol, made from the perspective of those who have first-hand experience. Shortlisted for the 2009 Michael Whippman award.
